Before Rebuild After Rebuild

At The Roueche Company, we can Rebuild and Remanufacture welding machines of any type or style back to New Machine Specifications. You can expect to enjoy a substantial savings over the purchase of a new welder. The operation can involve the installation of new or updated weld controls and other options as you may specify.

A welder that is classified as Completely Remanufactured by THE ROUECHE COMPANY includes the following:

  • Strip the machine down completely, removing all existing components and hardware.
  • Sandblast and prime the frame and paint it with high quality industrial enamel paint.
  • Thoroughly inspect, clean and re-machine any usable mechanical parts (Ram, Rocker Arm, etc.), replacing bushings and other wear-point items that are out of new machine tolerance requirements.
  • Remachine or replace components of the Mechanical System as necessary.
  • Completely rebuild the Air System to new machine specifications, including New FRL, Hoses, JIC Fittings, etc.
  • Replace all water hoses, fittings and connectors of the Water System, offering New Inlet/Outlet Manifolds, Heavy-duty Push Lok hoses, JIC Fittings, and Water Flow Switch as required.
  • Replace all wiring in the Electrical System and coat appropriate surfaces with CopperLube material.
  • Rigorously test the finished unit, using customer parts if they are available.
  • Provide a One (1) Year Warranty from The Roueche Company and pass along the manufacturer’s warranty for all third-party components.
