Our most recent projects involve process improvement and machinery re-design measures that have afforded our customers the ability to reduce labor investment and increase daily product output. Such measures have proven very effective in increasing customer's profit margins as TRC's Design Group and Machinery have delivered systems that eliminated scrap/wasted parts, reduced labor requirements and significantly improved each system from a process standpoint using high-tech Quality Control measures.

The use of Robotics, combined with Cell Style Resistance Welders with Special Tooling, have allowed TRC to build a bridge between these areas of technology with seveal of its customers so that they become more comfortable with their equipment and do not get "overwhelmed" by too much automation, too soon.
