WELDING LABORATORY

TRC has a well equipped welding lab that has been commissioned for the purpose of assisting customers with weld quality testing, research & development and feasibility studies.

The machinery includes both Standard and Multi-Gun Welders configured for both conventional AC and MFDC Inverter Welding.

Just arrange to have the parts sent in and we will work to evaluate the process with you. Our lab has been established to service our customers so we look forward to the opportunity to be of assistance.

ON-SITE WELDER REPAIR SERVICE & TECHNICAL SUPPORT

You will find that our staff is very experienced and friendly when you call in for support. We will be pleased to provide assistance via telephone or, as you may desire, on-site technical support and welder repair/troubleshooting assitance should you find yourself in need of immediate help.

Our specialized test equipment and service experience will quickly return your equipment to full operational status.

In addition, our staff is always available to answer questions regarding your existing applications or new projects under evaluation. We can provide guidance on the type of machinery that will be best for your proposed applications, and we can offer cost and production rate capabilities for various options.
